These neighbor island-focused workshops continue to give Counties and private water systems an opportunity to benefit from CEU-approved educational opportunities without having to travel to Oahu.  A Summer 2026 workshop is slated for the Big Island.

This workshop agenda will include an AWWA Hawaii Section update, an interactive presentation using the AWWA Cybersecurity Assessment Tool and associated AWWA Getting Started Guide, lunch, and an afternoon cybersecurity presentation by the “host” County water supply. The sharing of local County knowledge and experience is a focus for these workshops.
