Mark your calendars for the 2027 Pacific Water Conference, taking place February 9–11, 2027, at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi! Hosted by the American Water Works Association – Hawaiʻi Section (AWWA Hawaiʻi) and the Hawaiʻi Water Environment Association (HWEA), the Pacific Water Conference brings together water and wastewater professionals from across Hawaiʻi and the Pacific to share knowledge, innovations, challenges, and solutions shaping our industry.

Call for Abstracts
2027 Pacific Water Conference Call for Abstracts (page 1)
Individuals who would like to present a paper at the 2027 Pacific Water Conference must submit an abstract, limited to 2,500 characters or less (with spaces), describing their presentation in sufficient detail to allow evaluation of the proposed topic. The upcoming conference will be held in person. Presentations will be in 30 minute blocks: roughly 25 minutes of presentation, 5 minutes of Q&A.
Selection Process
All abstracts will be reviewed and selected on: Originality, Technical Content, and Quality.
Abstracts due October 2, 2026
Presenters notified by November 16, 2026
Presentations due February 1, 2027
Speaker Registration Costs
No travel or assistance funds are available for speakers. Speakers are responsible for all their transportation, lodging, and registration fees. Speakers will be responsible for registering themselves.
Speaker rates and registration information will be included on the conference website shortly at www.pacificwaterconference.com. The 2027 conference website is anticipated to be up and running by October 2026.
Please ensure all information submitted is complete and correct, as it will be used in promotional materials and submitted for CEU approval.

MAIN CONFERENCE (Wednesday & Thursday, February 10-11, 2027)
NEW LOCATION: HILTON HAWAIIAN VILLAGE Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is a 22-acre beachfront paradise located in Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii. It is the largest resort in the Hilton chain and one of the largest hotels in the U.S. outside of Las Vegas. Opened in 1955, the resort features over 2,800 rooms, multiple pools, waterslides, and Waikiki’s only saltwater lagoon. Guests can enjoy daily cultural activities, an on-site luau, and a wide range of dining and shopping options. Its prime location and luxurious amenities make it a top destination for relaxation and entertainment. We will be hosting the conference in the Coral Ballroom at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort which is part of its extensive conference facilities.
